Program Description
The Supported Living Program provides services to the specific
needs of one, two, or three individuals living in an apartment or
a home in the community. Individuals may need only a few hours a
week, or may require 24 hour-a-day care services. The program provides
consumers with external supports that allow them to live as independently
as possible yet be safe and secure in the community. Supported Living
also provides an alternative to group homes or institutional care
to allow consumers to be independent.
Program Credentials
All Direct Care Staff are certified in:
- CPR
- First Aid
- Universal Precautions
- Non-violent Crisis Intervention
