Program DescriptionThe Supported Living Program provides services to the specific needs of one, two, or three individuals living in an apartment or a home in the community. Individuals may need only a few hours a week, or may require 24 hour-a-day care services. The program provides consumers with external supports that allow them to live as independently as possible yet be safe and secure in the community.
