Inc. utilizes a diverse team of staff who have obtained degrees,
experience and other professional training in a wide variety of
fields to meet the needs of the persons we serve.
All Direct Care Staff are certified in:
- CPR
- First Aid
- Universal Precautions
- Non-violent Crisis Intervention
- ... and other various certifications
Most, if not all, Child Care Workers have their CDA (Child
Development Associate). Our goal is for all Child Care Workers
to obtain their CDA. |
