Applications: Applications will be placed on a waiting list until property is completed. Waiting list is based on the date a COMPLETED AND SIGNED application is received by Willow Trace Apartments (see address below) and the $30 application fee (in the form of money order or check) is received. Once applications have been approved, applicants will be notified what rent level they have qualified for and which unit has been assigned to them.
