Transportation: Kids Place utilizes two 14 passenger buses for day trips and social outings. Transportation is also provided for the school age children K-5th grade for travel to and from the local schools.
Population Served:
- Healthy Families - Families with newborns and children under 5 years of age.
- WIC - Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, infants, children under 5 years of age, post-partem women.
- Children's Health Clinic - children under 18 years of age
- Child Care - 2 years through 5th grade

In addition to providing preschool and daycare, Kids Place is well-equipped to offer quality services to ALL children with varying abilities at a "One Stop Shop" facility.
Educationally inclusive programming based on state approved preschool curriculum provides every child with equal opportunities and the chance to develop empathy for others, resuling in no child being left behind.
Kids Place is the only Scott County facility equipped to fully accommodate special needs children and their families. Special needs may include autism, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, down syndrome and emotional or behavioral issues. The additional on-site supportive services of Family Support, Healthy Families the WIC Program and the Children's Health Clinic assist in addressing the needs of the entire family.
