New construction (green section) is moving along quickly at 8th and Spring streets. Below, new energy efficient windows are being installed in the entire building.
New windows at M. Fine When completed, there will be 51 units of affordable housing for seniors and people with disabilities. Amenities will include a restaurant, rooftop garden, and community rooms.
