401(k) Information Meeting

Hello everyone,
We are excited to offer enhanced services to our Retirement Plan. Please read the information regarding the upcoming meetings. These meetings are mandatory because of the many changes that affect you. Unified Trust will replace our current plan provider, John Hancock.
If any of the statements below apply to you – you need to attend one of the meetings:
• Are you currently eligible and participating in the 401(k) Plan?
• Do you expect to work at least 1,000 hours in the next year and have you been employed at least 90 days?
• Are you eligible to be enrolled but have opted out?
January 18th, Thursday @ 10:30 am – Kids Place conference room in Scottsburg
January 18th, Thursday @ 11:30 am – Kids Place conference room in Scottsburg
January 25th , Thursday @ 10:30 am – New Hope Center Training Room in Jeffersonville
January 25 th, Thursday @ 11:30 am – New Hope Center Training Room in Jeffersonville
