The Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) program supports clients in activities of daily living, self-care, and mobility to help ensure their health, safety and welfare. This program also increases an individual’s independence at home. This program serves clients primarily in their personal or family homes, but can also include community access.
The program is managed by New Hope Services in Jeffersonville and serves clients in Clark, Floyd, and Scott counties.
