Emergency Rental Assistance

This program meets the needs of those who are unable to pay for their rent due to circumstances beyond their control including COVID-19 . Case managers work directly with clients and community agencies to eliminate barriers to ensure that they received rental assistance quickly in order to prevent evictions.  Eviction prevention helps with:

  • Housing Counseling
  • Late Rent payments
  • Utility Payments
  • Landlord Engagement
