The affordable housing New Hope is developing in Elwood, IN has one phase nearing completion. Several newly constructed duplexes will be ready for occupancy before the end of July. They are located throughout the city’s neighborhoods and replace houses removed by the city for blight elimination.
The second phase is renovation of the Leeson’s building in uptown Elwood, which will offer loft apartment living for seniors.
