The Lofts @ Leeson’s in Elwood, IN has received a $100,000 grant from the state and the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
The grant will be used to renovate and improve the façade of the former R. L. Leeson & Sons department store, which is being renovated into 23 units of senior affordable housing.
