Ribbon Cutting Opens Davis Zeller Place In Brazil

Group cutting ribbon for opening of Davis Zeller PlaceA large part of the community turned out for the event on Friday, November 16 at what used to be the Brazil Jr. High School. It is now completely renovated into one and two-bedroom apartments for senior affordable housing. Pictured are New Hope CEO James Bosley and Brazil Mayor Brian Wyndham cutting the ribbon, along with other dignitaries involved in the project, including Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch (in yellow). An open house followed for visitors to tour this building and a second part of the development a few blocks away, the Davis Building. The total project has 48 units and is presently about 50% occupied.
